Paulette Senegal, DNP(c), APRN, FNP-C, is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and Family Nurse Practitioner who specializes in Hormone Replacement Therapy, Weight Loss Therapy, IV Hydration Therapy and Therapeutic Neurotoxins (i.e., Botox, Dysport, Fillers). Paulette received her BSN at Prairie View A&M University and her MSN-FNP at Walden University. After spending several years working in the hospital setting, Paulette developed a newfound desire to not just treat people who were ill, but to provide an opportunity to keep people healthy in the first place. With such an optimistic but challenging goal in mind, Paulette founded Tru Luxe Medspa and Wellness, L.L.C., which has provided her the platform to follow her passion in creating and maintaining a healthy you. A lifelong learner, Paulette is currently a Doctoral Candidate pursing her Doctor of Nursing Practices degree at University of Incarnate Word.

James Senegal, affectionately known as Jaye, is a Registered Nurse, Certified Nutrition Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and a Certified Phlebotomy Technician through the National Phlebotomy Certification program. James earned his nursing degree at Baylor University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Although James has spent over 20 years in law enforcement, he has helped many people reach their weight loss goals and has extensive experience and knowledge in optimal supplementation and athletic performance. After struggling with obesity his entire childhood and much of his young adult life, James was determined to find ways to improve his health by addressing his metabolic challenges. To this end, health and nutritional wellness cannot be achieved with a “one size fits all” approach but must be tailored strategically to meet his individual goals and DNA. While James does not advocate for any one lifestyle approach over believes that h another, he found that a ketogenic lifestyle was best suited for his needs. Knowing that the best nutritional approach is the one “you” can commit to and maintain, James now dedicates countless hours helping others find a healthy lifestyle based on various personal factors for the best possible outcomes.
